Private Insurance: Dr. Bowlin is considered at Out-of-Network provider and does not submit claims to your insurance. You would be considered a "self-pay" patient.

In order to be able to provide high quality care, Dr. Bowlin does not currently participate with any insurance company. She unfortunately does not have the capabilities to submit claims on your behalf.

You will be provided with a "Super Bill", or an itemized receipt with the appropriate diagnosis and CPT codes needed for potential reimbursement through your insurance company.

It is the patient's responsibility to check with your insurance company regarding coverage and/or reimbursement for "out of network" or "non-preferred" providers.

Many patients receive anywhere from 30-80% reimbursement.

Medicare: Dr. Bowlin does not accept Medicare at this time.

Due to Medicare regulations, neither myself nor the patient participating with Medicare can submit for reimbursement. ​
